Have you every wondered how performers bring their 'A' game every time?
I don't often talk about Neuro Linguistic Programming or my exploration of it in the last few years, but essentially my curiosity around this question led me (during lockdown) to spend more time discovering NLP through the very skillful training with Sue Knight.
I realised I had been using many of the tools for years without labelling them as NLP. Asking questions, recognising others' perspective, understanding filters etc. However it was doing a modelling project for my Master Practitioner that I realised how amazing NLP can be when used with good intentions for the right reasons.
NLP is now an integral part of my training toolkit. I use it when training and through my coaching practice to build rapport and enable others to find their own learning. I am a convert!
I was so proud to find out that my modelling project had been sent by Sue to the ANLP International CIC and is now featured in the latest edition of Rapport Magazine. I have included the link here so you can take a look at it.
I would love to know what you think, and if you want to talk more about NLP and how these tools could help you perform at your best then get in touch!
