Terri is a coach, facilitator and HR consultant with over 20 years experience in HR, OD, leadership development and coaching. Her roles and previous experience include delivering significant change in a professional service Firm; graduate and management development programmes; senior team and individual coaching; driving inclusion and diversity programmes and processes; significant business restructuring and developing and embedding an effective performance management culture.

Terri lectures at post-grad level in business strategy and HR, and has delivered training to executive boards in multinational and global businesses; alongside onsite delivery of an award winning behavioral safety programme for Tata Steel over a number of years.

The combination of HR and L&D experience allows Terri to focus on collaborating with clients and a network of associates to initiate and embed people focused change in business. She focuses on ‘human’ factors and delivers interventions that ‘stick’; building rapport quickly and knowing how to make learning fun.

Anj is an experienced coach of leaders from around the globe, spanning all business sectors and levels of seniority. In her wider business role, she designs and runs highly creative experiential team development events, which facilitate team dialogue, help with motivation and overcome potential conflict. Her teaching portfolio focuses on team development and soft skills of leadership including impact and presence, influencing, self-confidence and resilience and wellbeing.

Anj started her teaching career at Ashridge Business School over 20 years ago and remains an Adjunct Faculty member. She is a published author, and a new book ‘How to Coach your Team’ written with co-authors Pam Jones and Viki Holton was published in August 2016.

Rhiannon is a Leadership Development and Talent Management Consultant. Her belief is that employees deliver a level of service that reflects their own experience of the workplace - and disengaged employees lead to disengaged customers. After 20 years working in HR, Resourcing and Leadership Development roles for large corporate companies Rhiannon gets a buzz out of working with clients to design the best development activities to help their people learn, change and grow. She is a chartered member of the CIPD, a member of the ICF and the IOD.

In her own words "The other side of me is that I'm a Mum to a wonderful daughter, and three bonkers cats. I love going to the gym and generally finding new ways to burn energy because for some reason my life hasn't yet exhausted me!"

Ian is an experienced L&D consultant, with over 23 years delivering business improvements through people development.

His previous experience across large scale leadership and management development rollouts involving thousands of managers, include projects with Tata Steel Europe, Knowledge Transfer Partnership, Cemex, JLR, BT, DHL & Excel Logistics, Royal Mail and British Steel.

Ian shares best practice skills & techniques in an enjoyable and interesting format that enables participants to think and behave differently, so they make genuine positive change at work, and constantly updates his skills. He is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute Of Personnel & Development, an Institute of Leadership & Management and Chartered Management Institute programme trainer, and Certified Online Learning Facilitator from the LPI.

Smaller scale leadership interventions have included work with Aggregate Industries, Tarmac, Mitie, Fire Service College, Yorkshire Housing, Standard Chartered Bank and others.

When not delivering workshops, you’ll have to head to the sea to find Ian! In 2007, he rowed 3000 miles across the Atlantic Ocean with a colleague raising money for various cancer charities.

Ginette is a Leadership and Personal Development coach and consultant. She’s particularly passionate about supporting others through the exploration and development of mindset, energy, and emotional intelligence. Ginette delivers interactive and experiential workshops and programmes to deliver solutions that drive cultural change, develop strong leadership, manage talent, and increase personal effectiveness.

Describing herself as forward-thinking and outcome-driven, Ginette has over 20 years’ experience in challenging and complex HR and learning & organisational development roles, working with large corporate brands such as Intel, LV=, RNLI and Specsavers.

When she’s not delivering workshops, you’ll probably finding her exploring the Dorset coast, relaxing on the beach, or having fun paddle boarding in Poole harbour, where she lives.
