Terri is a coach, facilitator and HR consultant with over 20 years experience in HR, OD, leadership development and coaching.
Her roles and previous experience include delivering significant change in a professional service Firm; graduate and management development programmes; senior team and individual coaching; driving inclusion and diversity programmes and processes; significant business restructuring and developing and embedding an effective performance management culture.
Terri lectures at post-grad level in business strategy and HR, and has delivered training to executive boards in multinational and global businesses; alongside onsite delivery of an award winning behavioral safety programme for Tata Steel over a number of years.
The combination of HR and L&D experience allows Terri to focus on collaborating with clients and a network of associates to initiate and embed people focused change in business. She focuses on ‘human’ factors and delivers interventions that ‘stick’; building rapport quickly and knowing how to make learning fun.
